I was in a particularly bad situation after being heavily let down by Competitor X, I couldn’t trust what they were telling me after giving me conflicting feedback from their so called indecisive “team of experts”. I had 2 days to go and Michelle responded immediately and was ready to support in every way possible. Great constructive feedback and straight to the point.
