1 - What’s the difference between a traditional résumé, a scannable résumé, an e-résumé, and a Web-based résumé?
Glad you asked. Here are the definitions:

Traditional résumé: A résumé formatted in Word for printing and then physical presentation and distribution.
Scannable résumé: A résumé in Word with simplified formatting and a list of keywords, for distribution either physically or electronically, that the employer will scan onto a disk and search and sort via computer.
E- résumé: A résumé that is created in ASCII with minimal formatting and a list of keywords for electronic distribution. It is typically downloaded onto a disk and searched and sorted via computer.
Web-based résumé: A résumé that is formatted in HTML and then posted on the Web on a résumé-hosting site; prospective employers can access it through a URL assigned only to you.

2 - Does Accepted.com have a special or unique approach to résumés?
Accepted.com writers do not apply a one-size-fits-all formula to résumés. 3 - How does the package plan work?
With the Resume Package, the Accepted.com résumé writer will walk you through the creation of an outstanding résumé (and cover letter if desired) with as little stress and demand on you as possible. First, you will complete a simple form providing basic employment and related facts. Then your writer will interview you to ascertain the story, issues, concerns, and subtleties behind those basic facts. Next, he or she will write a draft résumé, which you will review. After further consultation, your writer will fine-tune the résumé and email you a completed document ready for sending. The same process applies for a cover letter package plan.

Before commencing work, we will determine if we have availability to meet your deadline and set up a schedule with you. If you purchase rush services and we don't have editors available who can work within your timeframe, we will notify you before we start work. If at that time you no longer want Accepted.com's assistance, we will refund your payment.
